Delivery to remote regions may require additional transit time.

2. Shipping Workflow

  • Orders are prepared and dispatched through international fulfillment channels

  • Final delivery is completed by U.S. carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx

  • Carrier selection depends on package size, destination, and logistics availability

3. Order Handling Time

  • Processing time: 2–4 business days

  • Orders are prepared during business hours only

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day

4. Transit Time

  • Estimated delivery after dispatch: 3–7 business days

  • Total estimated delivery window: 5–11 business days

6. Tracking Information

7. Failed Deliveries

If a shipment is returned due to:

  • Refusal of delivery

  • Failure to collect the package

The customer will be responsible for any reshipping charges.
