GardenForge Return & Refund Policy

GardenForge is committed to delivering reliable gardening tools designed for real outdoor work. If a return is necessary, please review the policy below to ensure a smooth process.

Return Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of order delivery.

Eligible returns must:

  • Be unused, unassembled, and free of soil or outdoor exposure

  • Include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories

  • Be securely packaged for return transit

Items showing signs of use or improper handling are not eligible for refund.

How to Request a Return

All return requests must be submitted via email.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is caused by GardenForge

  • We recommend insured and trackable shipping methods

  • GardenForge is not liable for returns lost in transit

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed through PayPal only

  • Inspection is required before approval

  • Approved refunds are typically issued within 3 business days

  • Processing may take up to 14 days in exceptional cases

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from a fulfillment error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or promotional items marked “Final Sale”

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

  • Personalized or specially configured items

Incorrect, Defective, or Damaged Items

If you receive:

  • A defective product

  • A damaged item

  • An incorrect shipment

Notify us within 14 days. GardenForge will cover return shipping and offer either a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement

  • Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible
